• If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing your order.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or production.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

4. Presales & Made-to-Order Products

Some NKL products may be offered through presales or made-to-order releases.

Presale orders allow us to organise production based on customer demand. Estimated production and dispatch dates will be communicated on the relevant product page or through our official channels.

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates unless a specific commitment is stated. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with affected customers and provide any remedies required by law.

Presale orders are subject to the same applicable consumer rights as other purchases. A presale purchase is not automatically non-refundable in circumstances where a refund is legally required.

5. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address supplied at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are correct. If an incorrect address is supplied, contact us as soon as possible.
